Fidelio Philia (피델리오 필리아 Pidellio Pillia) is a S-Class WH who was present in the S-Class meeting in Britain. He was dispatched to the South during the WH's Great Witch Invasion.

Appearance

Fidelio is a small boy with light colored hair shaped in a bowl cut and has small, round eyebrows. He adorns a black zippered jacket under a white coat, black shorts and a WH belt around his hip.

Story

Invasion Arc

Fidelio is among those waiting for Eunryu to arrive at the meeting. Once Eunryu arrived, Fidelio got into an argument with Choha but it was soon ended by Agnes. When Eunryu mentioned that they were attacking two of the Four Great Witches, he appeared surprised.

Fidelio is sent against South alongside Agnes, Ian Borris and a few A-Class WH indiviuals/teams.

Powers and Abilities

As an S-Class Fidelio is one of the stronger WHs, but is below Tania's strength. His abilities have not yet been shown.

Equipment

WH Uniform: Invented by Edea Florence, this set of clothing is given to all ordinary members of the organization. The uniform runs on mana and won't function if it runs out of it. The functions the uniform possesses are:

• Memory-lapse Fibers (망각의 섬유 Mang-gag-ui Seom-yu): Normal people won't notice the wearer unless the WH purposely attracts the individuals attention. This won't work on witches or fellow WHs.
• Class Selection: The uniform grades the WH based on their strengths and assigns them to their class. The class is shown by the color of the uniform.
• Protection: The clothing offers low level protection against attacks that are both physical and magical.
• Repair: It will repair itself using the mana stored within it.
• Emblem (문장 Munjang): Every A/S-Class WH is attributed with an unique insignia which is on their emblem. The emblem allows others to guess certain facts about the wearer's life or abilities.

• His physical features are remarkably similar to Alice and Agnes.
• Fidelio is the only person who has debuted reading and along with Ryuhwan, they are the only ones seen scanning a book.
